The Mongolia Telecom company now invites all eligible Bidders for supply and installation of Convergent Billing System
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible Bidder on the submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Mongolian Tugrik 50,000 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.

Average selling income: at least 120 billion MNT as a total for the last two years
Audited financial statements for the years 2015, 2016 in the official currency of the company as submitted to the appropriate tax agencies.
Bids shall remain valid for 45 days after the bid opening date.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 30 (thirty) million tugrik, or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
Foreign Bidders are allowed to submit the bid.
Bids must be delivered to the address below before 15:00PM hours on 25 January, 2018 and will be opened in the presence of the Bidder’s authorized representatives at Mongolia Telecom company at 15:30 PM hours on 25 January, 2018z.
